About the App

Prestige Social Ads Reporting (the "App") at ads.prestigesocial.au is operated by Prestige Social in Australia. It is an internal tool for Prestige Social staff to view and report on the performance of advertising and social media accounts we manage for our clients.

Who may use it

Access is limited to authorised Prestige Social staff. Clients receive reports produced with the App but do not sign in to it. You must not attempt to access the App without authorisation.

Connected accounts

The App connects to Google Ads, Meta and Instagram with read-only permissions, and only to accounts that the client has authorised Prestige Social to manage. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. Access can be revoked at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Reports

Reports reflect data as returned by the platforms at the time they are generated, and may differ slightly from figures shown in the platforms later due to attribution windows and data processing delays. Written commentary is prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by our team before being shared.

Liability

The App is provided as part of our services to clients. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Prestige Social is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App or reliance on its reports.
